3. Upload the deposit slip in Tung Yat Investment Apps.

All deposit instructions received after 4pm will be processed on the next trading day.

Funds Withdrawal：

Please notify our Customer Services Department your name, account number, withdrawal amount and valid signature of your withdrawal instruction before 12:00 noon on business days from Monday to Friday.

In order to protect the rights and interests of customers, if the withdrawal instruction is by fax, it must be accompanied by telephone recording to provide authorization.
